Power lifting is a strength sport that consists of three main lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Competitors aim to lift the maximum weight possible for a single repetition in each of these lifts. It’s all about building raw strength, improving technique, and pushing your physical boundaries. Our power lifting program offers structured training sessions led by certified coaches who specialize in strength training. Be a part of something bigger! Power Hour
These hour training sessions provide choice of a structured workout of the day or following your own customized program with assistance from a professional weight room/powerlifting coach. Power Hour is our special Powerlifting time dedicated to those focused on building their squat, bench press, and deadlift. During Power Hour, specific racks are reserved for Nex Level powerlifters, ensuring you have the space you need for your training. Experienced powerlifting coaches will be walking around to offer tips on form, help with technique, and provide spotting for heavier sets. Whether you're working through warm-ups, hitting PRs, or refining your technique, you'll have the support and equipment to train with focus and purpose in a specialized, like-minded environment.
youth Powerlifting
Our Youth Powerlifting Program is the perfect way for young athletes to get started with strength training in a safe, supportive environment. This program is designed for beginners, focusing on the fundamentals of powerlifting—squat, bench press, and deadlift—while teaching proper form and technique. This program can be tailored to fit a 2 times per week schedule, making it easily fit into any sports schedule. Not only will this program help build strength and confidence, but it will also enhance performance in other sports by improving overall power, mobility, and injury prevention. Whether they’re just curious about powerlifting or looking to boost their athletic skills, this is a great way to start!
